Been a While

Well, Jessica has given up keeping up on the blog and so has now passed it to me (Devin). All I can do is simply laugh at that, as I am worst off than she is at keeping up with things. But none-the-less, we shall still attempt.

Saturday, Jess and I will be heading on our 4 Year Anniversary and Jessica's Birthday Vacation. I am trying to get started on the blog now in order to prep for it in hopes to record (literally) our vacation. I have a pen camera that I am planning on taking with me on the rides and will be attempting to record the rides and post them here for fun and for a little experimentation. I have no idea if the bumpiness from the rides will make it work or not, but I guess we shall find out. My last attempt I made at recording parts of a vacation actually worked out alright. I found out the challenge of recording and swimming at the same time (So sorry for the seasick video recording as well as the repeating music). For those who may be wondering what I used. It was done with a Flip Video Camera placed in a special waterproof bag purchased off of Thinkgeek with a four course meal of "Do Not Eat" Packets. Worked out for two snorkel trips before the packets had all the humidity that they could handle. Here is the 10 minute compilation of video shot from our Hawaii trip last year (Thanks Mom and Dad Carbine.).



Anyways, we shall see how well this blog thing goes with me in charge. We live a pretty busy day to day life that doesn't seem to change much, so even if we find time to write, there really isn't much that has happened that is new. Either way, enjoy what you can.
